Welcome to The Coffee Collection, a collection of 1056 unique cups of coffee, each hand brewed with love. However you prefer your morning cup, The Coffee Collection has something for everyone. Over the course of the past two years, I've been meticulously illustrating, testing, remixing, and refining every trait in the collection, seeking to provide a wide range of aesthetics while maintaining a cohesive, vibrant, and engaging overall collection.
Consisting of 200 hand-illustrated traits, each cup of coffee has been carefully assembled from up to 10 different traits:

After writing a program to randomize the traits (affectionately called 'The Percolator') and setting some rules, I generated countless outputs and curated each pieces that was added the collection. Traits range from none to common to rare. I also hand-layered about fifteen 1/1's (pieces with elements not in the randomized trait pool) to create 1/1's and Honorary Cups.

The Coffee Collection is a unique project, a trait-based collection like a pfp project, but an art project at its core.
My hope is that you'll find surprise and delight when minting a cup or two. Or perhaps someone else minted your cup and you'll have to make some trades to secure your perfect cup!

The Coffee Collection is 99% vector artwork and can be infinitely scaled to produce high-quality, large format prints for your home, office, or favorite cafe. While I don't have specific plans for this yet, I would love to be able to offer physical prints and merch to holders of The Coffee Collection.
